We stayed in this apartment for a week in December 2010. It is in Munich’s suburbs, about 25 minutes by Sbahn to the centre (the S bahn is every 20 minutes).
The area is mostly apartment blocks, with several supermarkets nearby, and the northern end of the Englischer Garten about 1.5km away.
The apartment itself is a bit tired, with shabby furniture and a fairly old fashioned look, which you can see from the photos. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped so that you can cook a good meal, and the washing machine works well. Although the flat is 90m squared, the layout meant that it felt a bit smaller than some 80m squared apartments we have stayed in.
The key transfer was well organized, with an agent meeting us at the apartment and explaining everything.
We booked late, so didn’t have all that much choice, and it seemed expensive, possibly because we stayed over New Year. I wouldn’t choose this apartment again for another Munich stay, unless I had a similar lack of choice again.
