We stayed here for a week in September. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space given everything you read about NY, although this was by far our most expensive apartment. There was a lovely large living/dining space and both bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was a galley kitchen, but it had everything we needed for cooking pasta meals. The building was a classic NY brownstone and we were on the top floor so lots of stairs, which didn’t bother us, but don’t stay here if you don’t like stairs! The apartment is a block away from the Museum of Natural History and Central Park, and has several supermarkets within easy walking distance, as you would expect in NY. There are two subway lines close by so it is pretty easy to get around. The owners had a great list of recommended restaurants, but our kids aren’t very adventurous eaters, so we stuck with Shake Shack, a burger place just around the corner.
