We did the six foot track using Life’s an Adventure. It is a three day walk, and you stay two nights – the first night in an eco-lodge (bunk dormitories) and the second night in a campsite. They arrange for your luggage to be carried each day, so that all you have to carry is what you need for the day (including lunch on the first day which they provide)
They were fantastic in every way, with Merel, a PhD biologist, giving us every piece of information we could want on the flora and fauna we were seeing (plus the world’s best blister kit), and Greg, who got the harder job of bringing up the rear our two guides, and Glen provided fabulous meals (including wine and cheese waiting for us each afternoon as we finished the walk).
Highly recommended.
